A Prayer for Strength and Guidance

Heavenly Father, I come before you today with a heavy heart and in need of your strength and guidance. I am feeling overwhelmed by the challenges in my life, and I am not sure what to do. Please give me the courage to face any adversity that comes my way with grace and dignity.
