Prayer for Today, August 5
Dear Lord, as we come before Your holy presence today, we thank You for the gift of life. We are grateful for all the blessings that You have bestowed upon us and our loved ones. Fill us with Your peace, hope and joy as we seek Your guidance in our lives.
Help us to remain content and humble in all that we do. Guide us to walk in Your ways and to be a light to those around us who are in need. Remind us of Your love and faithfulness even when things seem uncertain or fearful.
Protect our families, friends, and all those who are vulnerable from harm or danger. Lead us to make wise decisions that will honor You and bring glory to Your name.
We ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
