Prayer for Today, August 31
Today is a special day to be thankful for all the blessings that have been given to us. As we go through this day, let us offer our prayers to God so that He may continue to bless and protect us. We pray for an increase in faith, hope and love for each one of us. May the Lord guide our steps so that we may live out His will in our lives.
We pray for those who are facing hardships and struggles in their lives. May the Lord bring comfort and peace into their hearts as they seek Him out. We also pray for those who are struggling with physical or mental illnesses, may they find strength and courage to fight against them.
We thank God for His goodness and mercy upon us each day. May He grant us wisdom and discernment as we strive to put His will first in our lives. We ask Him for strength to stay focused on doing what is right even when faced with temptations or difficult situations.
Lastly, we pray for unity among all people so that the love of God may be spread throughout the world. We ask Him to show mercy on all of us and use each one of us as instruments of His grace and love. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
