Prayer for Today, August 30
Heavenly Father, we come to You today with grateful hearts. We thank You for Your goodness and mercy that never ends. We thank You for the grace and love that You offer us freely in abundance. Help us to see the good in all of Your creation and to always seek out the blessings that come with each new day.
We pray for those who are struggling in this world, especially those who have been affected by natural disasters or violence. Give them strength and courage to keep going even when hope seems lost. Guide them towards paths of peace and safety, and help them find comfort in knowing that You are always there with them.
Give us the wisdom to make wise decisions today so that we can be a positive influence in our communities. Help us use our time and resources wisely so that we can be a blessing to others. Remind us of our purpose and destiny, so that we may live each day fulfilling it with joy and gratitude.
In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
