Prayer for Today, August 23
Heavenly Father, thank You for the blessings of today. We come to You with gratitude and humility, asking for Your guidance and protection. Help us to make wise decisions in every situation and that we may use our resources wisely.
Give us strength to face the challenges of life with courage and faith. Give us the courage to stand up for what is right and just. May we be a source of hope in our communities, always seeking ways to make this world a better place.
We pray that Your presence would be with us today as we go about our daily tasks. Be with those who are ill or suffering in any way and provide them with comfort and strength. May we be kind and loving towards one another, showing mercy and compassion in all things.
We ask these things in the holy name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
