Prayer for Today, August 20
Heavenly Father, thank You for this new day! We come before You with humble hearts and ask that You give us strength and wisdom. Help us to stay strong in our faith and be an example of Your love to the world.
We ask for Your protection over our families and friends. Keep them safe from harm and any danger that may come their way. We pray for peace in our homes, communities, cities, states, and nation. Let there be unity among us all.
We ask that You grant us favor in our work and provide for all our needs according to Your riches in glory. Fill us with joy and hope as we seek to do Your will each day. Guide us with Your Spirit so we may never lose sight of what matters most—loving You and loving others.
