Prayer for Today, September 5
Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of life and the opportunity to start a new day with renewed hope. We ask that you will cover us with your grace and mercy today and everyday. Guide us to make the right decisions and lead us away from temptation that we may live a life pleasing to you. Help us to trust in you even when things are uncertain and our faith is tested. Give us peace in our hearts so that we may remain positive in all circumstances and show love to those around us. We pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen.
We commit ourselves into your hands today Lord, asking for your protection from every danger that may come our way. We acknowledge that only through your strength can we face all of life’s challenges with courage and confidence. Bless us with good health so that we can carry out our daily tasks with joy and enthusiasm, always giving glory to your name. Strengthen our bond of friendship so that we can support one another during difficult times, understanding each other’s struggles and providing comfort in times of need. We thank you for hearing our prayer, Amen.
