Prayer for Today, September 26
Father God, we thank you for this day and for all the blessings that come from you. We thank you for the love and mercy that you have shown us. We ask that you would direct our steps today as we seek to follow your will.
Help us to trust in your guidance as we make decisions and take actions throughout our day. Grant us wisdom to know what is right and to have courage to do it. Keep us from temptation and give us strength to resist any influences that would lead us away from your path.
Fill our lives with joy, peace, and contentment so that we may be a blessing to others. As we go through today, may we live with purpose, passion, and excellence so that your name can be glorified in all that we do. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
