A Prayer for Today, October 9

Heavenly Father, today we come to you in prayer, asking that you would reveal yourself to us in a powerful way. We long to know you more deeply and experience your presence in our lives.

Help us to take time out of our busy schedules to focus on you and draw near to you. Guide us in all that we do as we seek your will for our lives. Give us a spirit of humility as we come before you, knowing that everything we have and are is because of your goodness and grace.

We thank you for being with us through every step of life’s journey. When times are hard, help us to remember that you are our strength and refuge. As we face each day, fill us with your peace and joy so that no matter what challenges come our way, we will remain steadfast in faith.
