Father God, we come to You today with grateful hearts. We thank You for the blessings You have given us and we seek Your guidance in this new day. Lord, help us to see the opportunities that lie before us and fill our hearts with courage and strength to take advantage of them. Guide us in our decision-making so that our choices will bring glory to Your name.

We ask for Your protection as we go about our daily activities. Keep us safe from harm and evil, and surround us with Your angels of mercy and grace. We pray for those who are facing difficult times or who are suffering in any way. Please give them comfort, hope, and peace as they go through their struggles.

We also pray for those who are in positions of authority over us so that they may lead with wisdom and justice. May they always be mindful of the needs of their people and may they be inspired to do what is right in Your sight.
