Prayer for Today, January 14
We come to You today, Lord, asking for Your presence in our lives. We are grateful for the blessings You have bestowed upon us and the faith You have placed in our hearts. We pray that You would continue to guide and strengthen us as we seek to serve and glorify You.
We ask for Your protection from all forms of evil and harm. Help us to stand firm against the temptations of the world and cling to Your truth. Give us discernment so that we can make wise decisions in our lives and stay on a path that honors You.
We thank You for Your goodness and mercy which sustains us day after day. May we continue to show gratitude for all the good things You do in our lives, even in the midst of difficult times.
Finally, Lord, grant us peace this day. Let us take comfort knowing that nothing can separate us from Your love or break the bond between us and You. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
