Prayer for Today, January 11
Heavenly Father, we come to you on this day with grateful hearts. We thank you for the many blessings that You have given us. We ask that you would continue to pour out your grace and mercy upon us, and guide us in our daily lives. We pray for those who are struggling in life, that you would give them peace and hope. May they find comfort in your presence and strength to face any difficulties they may encounter.
We also desire to be more Christ-like in our words and actions. Help us to be kind to those around us, even when it is difficult. Let us be gentle with others, as You are gentle with us. Give us the courage to forgive those who have hurt us, so that we can live in harmony with all people.
Finally, Lord, we humbly ask for Your protection over us and our loved ones during these uncertain times. Cover us with Your love and keep our minds focused on what is good and true. Help us to remember Your promises that are sure and certain in this world of chaos. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
