Prayer for Today, December 30
Lord, today we come to You with gratitude and thanksgiving. We thank You for Your grace and mercy that has been upon us since the start of this year. We give You praise for Your protection over us all this year.
We beg for Your forgiveness and ask that You cleanse us of any sin or wrongdoing that we may have committed in this past year. We repent of our sins and turn away from any evil that may be in our lives.
We pray for the strength to endure whatever hardships may come our way in the coming year. May we have a strong faith in You to get us through any difficulty or trial that comes our way. Give us a steadfast spirit to remain obedient to Your will even when times are tough.
We ask for wisdom to make wise decisions in the new year, trusting in You at all times. Grant us courage and hope as we look forward into 2021, knowing that You are with us every step of the way.
