Prayer for Today, August 4

Heavenly Father, we come to You with a thankful heart and humbly ask for Your guidance and protection this day. As we face the uncertainties of life, may You be our refuge and strength. Give us a spirit of wisdom, discernment and courage, that we may make wise decisions in the days ahead.

Help us to trust You even when times are difficult and our faith is tested. May Your Holy Spirit lead us in all truth and light the path before us. We ask for Your blessing on all those who are suffering from illness or grief at this time. Strengthen them with Your love and compassion so that they may find hope in the midst of their troubles.

We thank You for Your grace and mercy that sustains us through each trial we face. May we always remember to turn to You in prayer for strength and comfort. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
