Prayer for Today, August 10

Heavenly Father, thank You for this day. It is a blessing that You have given us and we are thankful for it. We come to You today with hearts filled with gratitude and a desire to seek Your guidance and wisdom.

We ask that You would direct our thoughts, words, and deeds throughout this day. Help us to stay focused on You and to do what is pleasing in Your sight. Enable us to make wise decisions and not be led astray by the temptations of the world.

We pray for those who are struggling on this day. Please bring comfort to their hearts and provide them with the strength they need to keep going. Let Your love shine through us so that we may be vessels of hope in their time of need.

Finally, Lord, we thank You for all that You have done in our lives and all that you continue to do. May we always remember to glorify You in all things as we journey through life together. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
