A Prayer to Receive God’s Strength and Peace
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your perfect love and abundant grace. You are the source of my strength and I come to You in times of need, longing for Your peace. When I am overwhelmed with worry and anxiety, please fill me with Your presence. Give me the courage to trust in You amidst any trial or tribulation.
Help me to overcome my fears and anxieties with faith-filled prayers. Grant me the peace that passes all understanding so that I can place all my cares in Your hands. May I never forget that You are my refuge and strength in times of trouble, that You will never leave nor forsake me, even when life is hard.
Let me be reminded that our hope is found in Christ and that He will give us rest from our troubles if we just come to Him. As I wait on You, Lord, let my heart be filled with joy and contentment knowing that whatever comes my way will be within Your perfect plan for my life.
