Prayer for Today, April 3
Today is a new day and we come before you asking for your love and guidance. Lord, we thank you for the blessings of this day and ask that you be with us as we journey through the day. Help us to remember that in every moment, our lives are in your hands.
We ask that you give us strength to do what is right and to face the difficulties of life with courage and perseverance. Guide us to make wise decisions, be patient when things don’t go our way, and have faith that all will work out for good.
Help us to be mindful of those around us who are struggling or hurting, so that we can offer them comfort and support in their time of need. May our actions reflect the mercy and grace of Jesus Christ.
Finally, Lord, we bring before you our deepest hopes and dreams for ourselves and those we love. Give us peace that passes all understanding as we strive to achieve these goals. In your name we pray, Amen.
