Prayer for Today, April 21
Lord God, we come to You today in gratitude and thanksgiving. We thank You for the beauty of this day and for the many blessings You have given us.
We ask that You be with us in every moment of our lives, guiding us and providing us with Your strength. Help us to stay focused on Your will and purpose in all things, so that we may live a life that is pleasing to You.
Keep our hearts pure and fill our minds with good things, so that we may better serve You. Give us the courage to stand firm in faith, even when times are difficult.
Help us to be generous with our time, resources, and love towards others. Show us how to be ambassadors of Your grace and mercy, sharing the hope of salvation with those who need it most.
As we go about our day today Lord God, grant us Your peace and protection from all evil. May Your Spirit fill each corner of our lives and homes so that we may experience joy no matter the circumstances. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
