Prayer for Today, May 19
Loving God, thank you for this day. We come to You asking for Your guidance and direction in our lives. Help us to see the path You have laid out for us and to trust that it is the best one. May we be filled with courage and strength to follow it faithfully even when it is difficult.
We ask for protection from temptation and from evil. Give us wisdom when faced with difficult decisions and help us to make choices that honor You. Lead us in paths of righteousness so that we may glorify Your name each day.
We pray for those who are suffering today, whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually. May they find comfort in knowing Your love and grace are everlasting and unfailing. Give them hope and healing wherever it is needed most.
We thank You for all of the blessings in our lives, big or small, seen or unseen. May we never forget to give thanks even in the midst of difficulties or trials. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen!
