Prayer for Today, May 17
Heavenly Father, we come before You on this day, May 17th, humbly seeking Your grace and mercy. We thank You for the many blessings You have given us and ask for Your help in all our endeavors. Give us patience as we struggle with our problems and the challenges that life brings. Help us to put our trust in You and to rely on Your strength when times are difficult.
In all things may we seek to walk in Your ways, showing compassion and understanding to all those around us. Guide us into the paths of righteousness that will bring peace and joy to our lives. Lord, we ask that You would bless our families and friends with health, safety, and joy. Strengthen the bonds of love between them so that they may be a shining example of Your love.
We praise You for being an ever-present help in times of need. Lord, help us to take time each day to rest in Your presence so that we can be refreshed and encouraged by Your Word. Thank You for hearing our prayers today; may all glory be given to You alone in Jesus’s name, Amen.
